「大変お勧めの宿泊施設です。 アパートメントのベッドルームを借用するタイプの宿泊施設で、キッチン・ダイニング・リビング・ランドリー室も共用スペースとして使えます。バス・トイレはベッドルームに付いています。 とても清潔でセキュリティがしっかりしています。バス・トイレ・照明・クローゼット等々の設備も上等です。昼間は英語を話せるハウスキーパーの方が居り安心です。朝食付きプランの場合はそのハウスキーパーの方が朝食を準備してくれます。私が宿泊したのは高層階だったので眺望も抜群でした。 場所はコロンボフォート駅から南へ２.５ｋｍ程。近くにガンガーラーマ寺院やコロンボシティセンターというショッピングモールがあり、またシナモンガーデンズ地区にも近いので何かと便利です。 （注意ポイント）チェックインは、建物１階のロビーで管理者と待ち合わせて手続きする方式です。事前に管理者から待ち合わせ時間の問合せメールが来ます。予約時に登録した電子メールアドレスを使って、現地で電子メールのやり取りができる様に準備する必要はあります。」

「My highlight was meeting the owner and his wife. So knowledgeable about many things. It was a delight to talk to them and learn about the culture. This is a small hotel but it was really well kept up and very clean. The bathroom was great - a kitchen to make coffee and tea and a small breakfast if you wanted it. Not many restaurants nearby, but one that is an 8 minute walk. I chose to eat there several times (named "Coffee Boss"). Great selection of cafe drinks and a great menu of food. ...

「家族４人で、デラックススイートに泊まりました。寝室が２部屋あり、それぞれに洗面所とトイレ・シャワーがついていたので便利でした。また、ダイニングスペース、リビングスペースもとても広くて綺麗で快適でした。私たちは使用しませんでしたが、ランドリーもありました。 キッチンも広くてお皿類も揃っていて、便利でした。ただ、何故かまな板やパン切り包丁はあるのに、普通の包丁は無くて苦労しました。また、ボールやザルもありません。 歩いて２分ぐらいのすぐ近くに大型スーパー”アルピコ”があり、夕食材料や、土産物を買うのにとても便利でした。アルピコには、色々な紅茶やカレーＭＩＸが置いてあるので、最終のお土産購入にとても便利でした。 旅行の最終日だったので、夕食材料やワイン・ビールを買ってきて、ダイニングで最後の夕食を楽しみました。翌日は、空港へのシャトルサービス（有料）を頼みましたが、高速道路を使用したので、40分ぐらいで空港へ到着しました。 　部屋の快適さや設備の充実にもかかわらず、価格もとてもリーズナブルでした。お勧めします！」

「The property is a great place to stay as a family and the interior of the unit is awesome. Only issue I found was the shower was clogged and it has been like that for the whole stay although notified. The interior materials were high quality with a great view of the city. The bedding could have been cleaned but they rectified as soon as noticed. The caveat of this building is the parking. If you are driving reconsider just based on my experience. 」
