「The bartender was obviously did not like his job. Complained to me about schedule and other staff and was not friendly to anyone. When I said something to him about it he became a little nicer. You needed to be a weightlifter to turn on the shower. There was a sign on the bathroom mirror that said to push the handle really hard to turn it on. Why not just fix it? The desk clerk that checked us in was not really friendly either. Room was worn, but mostly clean.」

「Good location clean safe I was even able to easily connect our Roku to tv to get to stuff we would have at home. Breakfast was great, can’t find anything to add ‘only if’ to. Hadn’t been to a HJ since 1977 and was just as happy this time as last.」

「The people at the front desk were nice. And helpful. The pillows are very small and not comfortable. We asked for additional pillows. The property outside, especially the landscaping, needs attention. Inside is nice. It would have been nice to get a room with a better view, especially with so few people staying there. The breakfast was plentiful and good.」

「The pool was out of order while we were there. We've stayed here numerous times, and the place is always clean. We forgot something in our room, and they were gracious enough to call and let us know. Would highly recommend staying here.」

「The host was amazing, very friendly and tried to help. The camper was clean but we did find a dirty sock in the living room area. The first night we tried to shower but the drain didn’t work in the shower and the bathroom sink. We checked the tank indicators and the grey water tank read full. We contacted the host in the morning and she tried to help but it stayed clogged. Also both nights that we stayed we never had hot water despite the host changing the propane tank. 「Great house for our large group. The kids enjoyed the water being right there. They swam and fished all day and the fire pit for s’mores. The pool table and darts kept them occupied on the rain day. Perfect for our two families to each have their own space. We were able to dock our pontoon and go out tubing daily. Water was shallow at times but Gerrick met us at the boat ramp and took us around the area in my boat so we had a good idea of how to navigate. We had a fantastic 4th of July and hope...

「Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We couldn't have asked for a better location for a long weekend of fishing and relaxing. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for cooking and the sunroom was perfect for morning coffee and evening beverages after a long day on the water. Troy was a great communicator and was very responsive. We will definitely be back!」
