「早朝4:30に火災警報器が作動したが、ホテル側から何の指示も連絡もなし。レセプションに電話して火災とは違うことを確認したものの、説明も謝罪もない。本当の火事なら犠牲者多数となる危険なホテル。」

「エアコンの効きが悪い。トイレの電球交換を依頼しても交換されずだった。初日のベッドメーキングに際に、バスタオル等が一切なかった。電話してから持ってくるまでに30分かかった。その上、スタッフは不服そうだった。こっちが不満なのに。」

「C’était la première fois que je visitais le Bénin et en tant que femme voyageant seule, j’étais un peu inquiète. Je ne regrette pas d’avoir choisi Nobila Airport Hôtel. 「Me recogieron en el aeropuerto de madrugada, todo fue perfecto, habitaciones grandes y limpias, con WiFi. Eso sí solo jabón de manos. El baño es todo en uno ducha junto a la taza. Todos muy amables y seviciales. 」

「I love this hotel. It is right across from the beach. Service is excellent. Cédrick is the best at the pool bar. The rooftop is a great spot for dinner or drinks and they have shisha.」

「This is a nice and quiet place to stay in Cotonou. The place is well located in the middle of the city not far from airport and many places. The staff are also excellent and always ready to help. The only issue is that there are some road closures due to construction near by and it can be challenging to navigate. 」
