「The lobby, restaurant and location of this hotel cannot be beat. EXTREMELY convenient, and can only imagine it's amazing during Ole Miss sporting events! Our room was modest - a bit dated but fine for our taste. The room's move-in condition was clean (we don't do daily maid service), however the walls are fairly thin. I could hear our neighbors (and am sure they could hear us, since we talk at a fairly high volume normally!). This didn't bother us but if you are sensitive to that, ask the...

「I was at first dismayed to see that there was extensive renovating going on at the hotel, because I feared loud construction noise. But I was pleasantly surprised. We got one of the brand new rooms that had just been remodeled and it was very clean and nice. And with the help of the option of a constant AC fan, I had the quietest night I have ever spent in a hotel in my life. Comfy bed too!」

We were there for my daughter’s orientation at Ole Miss and it was so nice to have a place so close to campus. We will definitely be back! The house was clean, the kitchen had everything you could ever want, the furniture was clean and comfortable, the TV was great, and the water pressure was awesome in the shower! (Probably only important to me). Jim sent us clear check in information early so we knew what we needed to do. I don’t know if we would ever go back to Oxford, but we would definitely book this house if we do. Thanks for everything, Jim. You’re awesome!」
