"Lovely, relaxing atmosphere with great pool area and beautiful sea views. Friendly staff. Very good breakfast. Dinner menu a bit limited esp. for younger children and on the ‘fancy’ end of the spectrum (and some dishes were rather style over substance). Can eat out or get takeaway pizza in the next village. "

"Le camping VVF est très bien situé de la ville de Noirmoutier, son marché et ses restaurants. Il y a un accès privé depuis le camping à la jolie plage des Sableaux et aux pistes cyclables. Location possible directement au camping de vélo. La piscine peut être utile si la météo n’est pas favorable. Les hébergements sur pilotis sont très chouettes. Le notre (35) était à l’abris des arbres et sans vis à vis direct. Très bon accueil de l’équipe à la réception."

"We were amazed to be able to book for Easter weekend at short notice. We are very pleased we did! The flat is lovely with views over the town to the sea. We didn't use the kitchen but it looked fine. The bedroom is very small but that's fine for a short stay, at least. We were welcomed warmly. The only problem was with communications with the concierge. The owner tells us that the Vrbo system scrambles telephone numbers and email addresses so they were unable to contact us. "Nous avons passé 15 merveilleux jours dans cette petite maison de bord de mer, proche des commodité (supérette, marchand de journaux, xafé, restaurant, et à 2 minutes à pied de la plage. Le Vieil forme un petit village avec des airs de bout du monde. La maison est adorable, propre, fonctionnelle, et tres bien équipée. "Geweldig genoten van een heerlijke vakantie, mede mogelijk gemaakt door de gastvrijheid en goede zorg van Cathy en Philippe en hun team in het mooie hotel. Ruime kamer met goede bedden, tuinzicht met terraszitjes. Nette badkamer. Smaakvol ontbijt franse stijl. Hotel is rustig gelegen en omringd door grote tuin. Zwembad met fijne ligstoelen. Mogelijkheid om 's avonds te dineren in het restaurantgedeelte."
