"we loved our stay in this hotel. our room was spacious and very clean. the rooftop pool and lounge area was lovely. the area is very walkable and there’s lots of restaurants nearby. the sky train, shopping centre and cinema is only around a 15 minute walk away and i’d recommend using the train to get to places because traffic is terrible! "Very good service, excellent location, very clean room with an extraordinary view. But upon arrival at 3:15 pm, I left my luggage at the entrance and it never arrived in my room. I had to ask for it, and it was in another room—a nightmare. Luckily, it was recovered without any problems, and I didn't even receive an apology from the hotel."
