「Excellent 」

「素晴らしい施設、豪華なホテル。 でも、下着を洗濯したいと伝えたらホテルで洗えるからと言われ頼んだら、4600円も取られました。 受付スタッフ以外は英語が話せないし、 正直、良いサービスとは言えません。」

「Lot of confusion with stuff : room was not ready and they could not find reservation, gave me different room. After moved me to an other room . Check out was terrible! They tried to charge me twice for the breakfast…Just to much hustle there , not good computerized! 」

「Great staff and great place. My only gripe was that the showers were not always hot. Thats important to me in the heart of winter. There was no lift (elevator), so maybe not your first choice if you struggle with stairs.」

「Oleg, the Manager is very communicative, easy to deal with, and is quick to react to requests. I was in Kharkiv at a time when missile strikes were a regular occurrence and still the property was well maintained and comfortable. Aside from Russian attacks, the general area seems very safe and is very much a family environment with a large playground in the enclave, and a small supermarket and otter shops within a 3 minute walk. 」

「Séjour pendant Covid-19 en Décembre. Points négatifs: Changements de préstations dûs au Covid pas indiqué sur site: Absence buffet petit-déjeuner, minibar. Pas de transfert aéroport- hotel. Chauffage insuffisant par température extérieure sous 0 dégrées. Quelques faux déclanchements alarme incendie. Les changements de préstations due au Covid devrait être indiquées sur le site, comme ca dure depuis un moment. Points positifs: Personnel aimable, serviable, parlant anglais, très bonne cuisine,...
