「All staff members are so kind and friendly. Every service was perfect and comfortable for me from the checking in to checking out. We booked the hotel very last minutes, but the staff helped me for the meal arrangement and the safari arrangement smoothly so there was no inconvenience and negative comments for the stay! I’d like to come and visit here again. 」

「De eigenaar heeft ons onjuist geïnformeerd. Bij aankomst deelde hij mede dat we niet gereserveerd/betaald hadden. We hebben opnieuw moeten betalen en zelfs meer betalen. Achteraf bleek Expedia van niets te weten. Dit gaf ons een vervelend gevoel. De eigenaar was onvriendelijk en gaf ons zelfs een menukaart waarop de prijzen duurder waren dan die voor lokale gasten. 」
