「We walked into the room and first noticed muddy water on the floor in the bathroom and the toilet seat hanging half off. We tried to get our money back and the lady at the front desk said they couldn't do it. She didn't have the ability to do it so we stayed and and maintenance got their 3 hours later and fixed the toilet seat. Although it should have been completely replaced cuz it was in such poor shape. Would not stay there again」

「The only drawbacks on the suite we rented is that it was no bigger than a standard room. The floors would turn your socks black. The refrigerator was rocking back and forth which is a hazard especially if there were small children staying. 」

「Beautiful ranch setting, overlooking small lake with horses in the pasture , deer and other wildlife passing by. Host Dolly was very friendly and available nearby along with her happy greeters (i.e. dogs). Out in the boonies very quiet and peaceful, Highly recommended !!!」

「Our host, Jamie gave us all the information we needed to make our stay a no hassle experience. The property was as advertised, clean, well stocked peaceful and comfortable. Our trout fishing trip to the Blue River was much better this year knowing that we had a hot shower and and all of the comforts of home waiting on us at the cabin when our day of fishing was over. We made great memories here and recommend this property if you want to “rough it” in style. 」
