「部屋は広くてゴージャスだった。 敷地内の遊歩道の景色がきれいで、安全に気持ちよく散策できた。 スタッフ全員にこやかな笑顔で丁寧な対応だった。 フロントが、業務に慣れていない人ばかりだった。 シーツは、頼まないと交換してもらえなかった。 水道水がアルカリ水(温泉水?)だった。 冷蔵庫で牛乳が凍った。」

「カードキーがうまく作動せず、3回も発行し直してもらった。」

「It was very clean but there were no toiletries other than soap. There was no coffee or coffee maker. There is a kitchen but there were no utensils, so basically useless. You can purchase a coffee maker and utensils. If only there was at the very least a coffee maker and coffee then I would have given 4 stars. The place was definitely clean as a whistle though and for non coffee drinkers it would be great. 」

「Our room was huge, clean and modern. Breakfast was excellent. We had some confusion about parking but eventually got that straightened out. We would definitely stay here again.」

「The doors of rooms going in and out in the hallway slam really loudly, if it was a busy night it would be annoying. The property is beautiful with on site bars and restaurant. We attended a memorial service in a meeting area of the property and it was lovely. But the hallway noise was really loud and we were there on a relatively quiet night without many staying. I thought the rates were quite high. 」

「Facility was nice and clean. Nice breakfast selection. Friendly staff. When we arrives our room was on the second floor, we had our young granddaughter with us and ample baggage. The facility doesn’t have an elevator so they asked if we would like a ground floor and made the change for us. So much appreciated.」

「Overall our states good. The pool was smaller than anticipated but the kids still enjoyed it. Our room also felt a little small, but it served its purpose. Breakfast was great in the morning」

「I loved this hotel plus the lady that checked me on was a delight she made sure everything was in order. Our first room wasn't up to par, but she made everything so much better, I loved how she took charge and made everything right. She needs a raise or some kind of prize or award for her hospitality because it was excellent. I did not get her name but she was GREAT!!!」
