This is a gem at a very reasonable price! Clean well-appointed room w/ nice amenities including Adirondack chairs on the grassy hilltop for sunset viewing.

Perfect hotel if you’re on a bike , all rooms on ground floor, you park your bike virtually 7 feet from the bed, super nice place , clean and even the grounds are nice, chairs & tables to sit on

Our room smelled so fresh when we walked in. It was decorated with a fun beach theme. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower was hot with great water pressure. The location was right off the highway, yet it was very quiet and peaceful.

The hotel is very nice a quaint. It's quite and clean. I loved that they allowed my 3 dogs to stay there and they had a lovely large grassy field for my dogs to play frisbee to get some exercise before bed. My only issue is that the pet fee was very high at $20.00 per dog.

The owner was very pleasant and personable. The room I was in was decorated very nicely. The bed... I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. I had a very restful nights sleep and would stay again.

This is the only place we stay when we come to the Williamsburg/Amanas/Iowa City area. The rooms are well maintained and QUIET. It is close to shopping and several dining establishments, and run by a very kind family. The rooms look like B & B rooms with comfortable beds, and there is a continental breakfast as well. We definitely recommend this inn!
