「1. Very expensive - £751 for 3 nights 2. The most unhelpful and unkind staff ive ever come across. 3. My husband had a stroke 3 days before we were due to go. I contacted the hotel and was transferred to their call centre. They offered a goodwill gesture to rebook which I was really grateful for. I explained that flights to jersey from our nearest airport in edinburgh stop in october and start again in april therefore could i rebook for the first week in april as my husband cant fly just now...

「Very clean room, Staff were excellent, breakfast was outstanding. We did not use the spa」

「The pool has literal lumps of black dirt on the tiles, it hasn’t been cleaned for a long time. The jacuzzi is the same temperature as the pool and also dirty. No shower facilities after the “swim” Run down hotel, breakfast staff were just there, never said good morning, no interaction from any staff actually. Won’t be staying there again. 」

「A very nice hotel and convientley located for Public transport. Nice to have indoor and outdoor swimming pools available. Breakfast options were very good and easy to serve yourself at the buffet. Staff were very helpful and professional. A great stay.」
