「I was disheartened a little from my first occasion of having dinner. I received something different to what I was expecting and charged for it. On the menu the description was not helpful. Nor were the staff. They were most intent in me paying for the restaurants flaw. Which I did. This set the mood for my stay at the hotel not being positive. At times I also had trouble sleeping as staff were not understanding of the need to work quietly when cleaning. 」

「The property is very clean and located at a serene place with fields around. Food at restaurant is amazing. It’s 10 minutes away from airport and 30 minutes away from major market area. Pool is very clean. Enjoyed the hotel. Room is clean and great beds.」

「Room received at the time of check in was not cleaned. During 3 days stay room cleaning was done only once ( bed sheet and towel) staff was giving excuses to provide service. 」

「There was a mouse in the room which died on the 2nd day. Surfaces were all dirty and dusty. Tea satches, water and kettle were supplied without a cup or spoon! The staff call at midnight to take breakfast orders!」

「Overall, it was a worst experience, it was hard to locate hotel. There were no signs outside or any directions inside. Not good smell inside room or the hallway. Not enough towels in bathroom, Restaurant in the hotel had its exhaust broken, causing all the smoke in the restaurant sitting area.」
