「Good area with accessible transport near by」

「Room was clean, food was good and reasonably priced」

「Bad exreience. service is very bad. a guest room door was not working. It took 2 hours to foix my room door. A reception desk and facility manegemen have bad communications. Totally I could not enter my room for two hours!! I have used this hotel many years, but service is getting worse gradually. 」

「Nice manager, Mr. Patrick. 👍」

「Room is clean...staff grossly unhelpful. Calling rooms at 2am!!! Breakfast is okay. I was on the 3rd floor of a property without a functional lift.」

「The staff was very pleasant and attentive. Very Friendly and professional」

「It was not a good experience. I did not stay because it was so dirty. There was no formal check-in process. When I arrived there was no knowledge that a “hotel” existed.」

「The staff here was simply amazing」
