「It was clean, the staff were good, the breakfast was good.」

「This is a beautiful hotel with genuinely beautiful rooms. We loved the view over the water. Staff were friendly and tried to be helpful. The location is central and excellent for exploring downtown Hualien. Amenities are hit and miss. Weirdly, there’s no laundry service, for example, even though there was a laundry bag in the closet. It took multiple conversations with staff and two trips to the lobby to figure out that laundry service isn’t available (and with the hot and humid climate...

「I was very satisfied with this facility. It was clean, the view from the room was amazing ( you can see both mountain and the ocean), breakfast was great, it was calm and relaxing. There are convenience store just across the street. It was walkable (5 minutes) distance from the station. There is a local small restaurant nearby, too. It was rare to find white towels white and need sheets crisp. The staff were very helpful but not pushy. I enjoyed it very much.」
