Very clean, very well located right next to the iconic mall road, right next to the tourist lift and very good service and clean and large rooms. The location was perfect—close to the main temple—with an amazing view from our room. The room was bright and modern, making it easy to relax without feeling pressure to go out. Premium Room was of decent size and all amenities were present; housekeeping team was sincere in cleaning and making room great. The hill view from balcony was spectacular and enchanting. It was so relaxing to sit and enjoy tea/coffee with the blissful view of the hills. The staff were very friendly and courteous, right from the check-in experience, Mr Ajay at front desk provided detailed information around McLoedganj attractions and took good care of us. The things that can be further improved are addition of salads in the buffet breakfast and availability of indoor activities like carrom, chess etc for kids."
