"The overall stay was good. The owners were great and very helpful and friendly. The only problem was actually locating the property itself. The area code for the sat nav took you to a crossroad and it took me a good hour driving around before I found the property. I did suggest that they put a sign roadside pointing towards the property. "

"Wir wurden nicht in der gebuchten Unterkunft untergebracht, aus welchem Grund wurde uns nicht mitgeteilt, nur dass wir ein größeres Haus ohne Aufschlag bekommen. Nach 13 Stunden Anreise war mir das egal, dazu haben wir eh nur ein Bett zum schlafen gebraucht, da wir jeden Tag beim 24h Rennen in Le Mans waren. Im Nachhinein könnte ich mich ärgern dass wir nicht auf unser gebuchtes Haus bestanden haben, da es optisch schon etwas eine andere Liga gewesen wäre, dazu hatten wir täglich mit...

"Excellent house with a wide range of facilities. The pool was fabulous and the games room was a real bonus. The hosts were very helpful we would highly recommend this property for a short break or a longer relaxing holiday"

"So beautiful. This remote but close to Le Mans farmhouse was quiet, comfortable and exactly what we were looking for. The beds were super comfortable. Kitchen was fully loaded with quality plates, glassware and small appliances. The hosts have a lot of kids gear too and high quality (crib, high chair and bathtub).The daily cow visits were a treat too!"

"Nice property for a few days. Very quiet location. Steep stairs to bedroom which may be difficult for young children or anyone with less mobility. "

"Les équipements sont inexistants pour certains (lampes de chevets) alors qu'elles apparaissent sur les photos. Pourtour du bac de douche plein de moisissures, les robinetteries n'étaient pas très propres. Ce gîte manque d'équipements et de confort.Nous n'avons pas rencontré l'hôte, tout s'étant passé par messagerie."

"Gîte spacieux et agréable (confort, jardin, cour pour garer les véhicules etc...), merveilleusement situé pour randonner autour de Fresnay-sur-Sarthe (nombreux PR et GR) et dans les alpes mancelles ! En plus, il y a des commerçants locaux qui présentent d'excellents produits ! Bref, nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la Sarthe !"

"Very beautiful property and surroundings with an immaculate garden and pool. Slight issues with the language on arrival as Madame has limited English. Would suggest Tourist tax be included in the rental price but overall an excellent stay with very good local restaurants and boulangerie."
