This hotel has a bar, restaurant and free parking. The rooms are bigger than other budget hotel chains. The breakfast was good, including hot scrambled eggs and bacon. I would recommend to friends to stay here.

Idea place for a one night stop over. Restaurant in site, Burger King next door and Chinese take away nearby. Local park which is next to the river.

The place is nice, there's a tram station right there. Recommended for short stays. The wifi never worked for us, doesn't seem enough for everybody so it's shows available but doesn't let you connect. In general, for the price it is good.

The welcome was lovely, the receptionist who spoke lots of different languages was really nice. Only criticism was the lady who was maitre 'd of the restaurant - she was trying to do the job alone, which was not possible as she was not giving all of the patreons her full attention

Hotel closed on arrival

When we arrived at our designated stay it was closed, so consequently they sent us to another hotel which was difficult to find as it was in the middle of a big city with very little parking, why did you not inform us before hand so that we knew not to go to the hotel that we had booked ,it was not a problem that we needed after driving 450 miles.

Stay here regularly on way to Bordeaux. Not so happy this time...first room smelled of sick , second room (20) cracked mirror and blocked sink, also smelled of the drains. Food in restaurant was bad, overcooked vwsl, old fruit salad and not very responsive waiting staff. Chap on front desk was amazing, helpful yet nothing done about room. Time to move onto a different budget hotel group??

This property is rather in need of refurbishment. When i made my feelings known to Reception, I was told that the property would be refurbished by the new owner in September 2024. The price was well above the norm for the poor quality offered. If I had not paid in advance through you, I would have left and gone somewhere else.
