「One of the best places I stayed at in Albania Location was amazing but a little hard to get to but once your there it’s perfect」

「We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful well positioned hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. Had good Wi-Fi and a nice bathroom and was a tiny bit on the small side compared to some of the other places we stayed. We took the most amazing photo from our bedroom. We recommend this hotel highly for its good value.」

「ジロカストラの旧市街に通行規制があり、ホテルまでの道順がGoogleマップではわからなくなりホテルに電話したところ、スタッフの方が立ち往生している場所まで来てくれて同乗して駐車場まで誘導してくれました。とても助かりました。」

「Tough to get to but nice parking area. Google Maps takes you the wrong way so lookout. My room heater didn’t work and the lights in the bedrooms area didn’t work so had to depend on the glow from the bathroom light which did work. One of two small night stands didn’t work and the one that did had a short circuit so it went on and off. Breakfast was really weak but a very nice effort. This is a small place so it’s great if your expectations are in proper alignment. Location is fantastic....

「What a lovely place to stay! From the moment we got there, we were treated like family, very modern comfortable inside with an old world seal. The staff was exceptional, walking us to breakfast in the morning, along with the comfort of the bed, giving us instructions on where to go and what to do at our time of arrival. Let’s talk about the bed!! Wow, I had the best night rest waking up two mountains that were snow, cats and the little village that was just waking up. Would stay here 1000 times...

「Es ist ein liebevolles traditionelles Hotel mit aufwendigen Holzdecken und dicken Steinwänden. Es war für eine Nacht eine kleine Zeitreise in die Vergangenheit. Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Altstadt und alles ist fußläufig sehr gut erreichbar. Wir hatten etwas Schwierigkeiten das Parkhaus zu finden, aber der junge Mann vom Hotel hat uns persönlich dorthin gebracht und alles hat reibungslos geklappt. 」

Isolé à 35 minutes de toute civilisation après un dédale de routes défoncées à 900m d’altitude Personnel agressif nous traitant de voleur car ne savent pas vérifier qu’une réservation est prépayée et nous demande un règlement indu. Violence pour tenter de nous mettre dehors de la chambre après le dîner . Viande avariée au restaurant. Ne prenne ni la carte bancaire ni les virements… Chambre relativement propre mais un lieu pour sûr à fuir! Ma pire expérience de voyageur...

「It is a great place! Wholesome personnel and great beakfast with a good selection of cold and hot food and beverages. Good location and quiet area. I could give 5 stars if it wasn’t for the room with a window facing the reception ceiling and the hanging lights that were always on my way to hit them (great work interior designers).」

「Careful: Front desk will try to trick you and charge you more The area is breath-taking, the weather was awesome. Breakfast was good, and the staff there were nice people Front desk person was not nice: the front desk person tried to take money from us without due right. We requested a late checkout, and he checked with the manager and told us that we have until 1pm, and if we stay 1 minute longer we would have to pay 20 Euros per room (we had 5 rooms), and we were down 12:45pm to make sure we...
