「When I checked in, the front desk staff couldn't find my name on the computer. The reservation was properly made but they couldn't find it due to their mistake (name and surname were written backwards). Then she called the manager and required me pay again. They realized the mistake but it took 40 minutes to check in. She never apologized and continued to behave arrogantly. Even though I had paid in advance for late check-out, Front Staff (male) was told to "not yet pay!". Great breakfast, nice...

「Had a wonderful stay overall — definitely a 5-star experience. Just a couple of minor points that may be worth looking into: the air conditioning in our room felt slightly stuffy at times, and the 2 treadmills in the gym were noisy with a lot of friction, particularly around the running belt making it unusable. Otherwise, everything was excellent.」
