「We booked and received confirmation. However when we got there, the front desk did NOT have our information. Unbeknown to us we booked through a third party. When the third party host arrived, Sandra informed us that they had no more space for us even though they had our confirmation. Sandra called a friend to see if they had availability. 「It’s a nice place but the owner needs to talk to the cleaners and the people at the reception. My room wasn’t clean and trash wasn’t for two days. You call the reception for so many times and no one will answer you only for you to walk up there and you will see the workers on their phone. The waitress at the restaurant are very friendly and good.」

「Check-in was fast and easy. The host very responsive only thing not to my liking was the apartment seemed to have an odor to it. I ended up buying a air freshener from the store there on site helped some.」

「The room and property were very nice. However, the mattress on the bed was definitely the hardest, most uncomfortable, mattress I've even had in a hotel/apartment rental. I spent more time sleeping on the couch than the bed throughout the week. We asked our hostess about it and she said she would talk to the landlord, but no change was made. It's unfortunate because everything else about the place was nice.」

「The hotel staff was wonderful, breakfast was complimentary every morning. I didn’t get to enjoy the pool but the upstairs was very beautiful and the view was awesome. When the rain was pouring hard the light does go off but this hotel have a back of generator so you don’t have to worry about that being off for a long time. I enjoy everything about this hotel, and will be my go to hotel every time I visit」

「I had a pleasant stay at the apartment. The communication between the staff was excellent when needed during my visit. The building was very quiet that helped me to get a good rest. The location is convenient to restaurants and near the Accra Mall. The only thing of concern is when taking Uber, most drivers miss the entrance there. I recommend others to stay here for a short or long stay.」
