「The excellent services from staff that we interacted with. I wrote a letter specifically calling out all the staff that went above and beyond to make out stay great. The view from the bedroom was excellent, the glass bottom boat excursion was excellent with the caption always friendly and helpful. The Aqua-arobics was great and unexpected. The best of all was the awesome filet at the Pomelo was the best we have ever tasked and the atmosphere was relaxing and parofessional.」

「まず海が美しい。オールインクルーシブでホテル内の設備が充実しているので基本は部屋にいるより、部屋の外で時間を過ごしました。お部屋は普通ですが、値段も高くないのでオールインクルーシブを考えればコストパフォーマンスが素晴らしいと思います。気の利いたカクテルも飲み放題ですし…。一度部屋に大きなゴキブリが現れたのですが温暖な場所なので仕方ないかなという気もしましたし、ほぼ部屋にいなかったあまり気になりませんでした。それ以外で衛生面は気になりません。ホテル内にツアー会社がありそこでの手配もスムーズで、そのツアー自体も本当に素晴らしかったです。 ビーチの美しさ、ホテルの設備、サービスの良さ、オールインクルーシブを考えれば私が探した中では一番コストパフォーマンスが良かったと思います。とても満足だったので是非オススメします。」

「We spent 5 days during Easter holiday. Although the hotel is 5 star actually I feel it is 4 star. The Food quality in buffet was not good enough at all. On the other hand, we are happy with Japanese restaurant in the hotel. Food quality was better than our expectation. Teriyaki chikin was amazing taste. Good point was there are many entertainment facilities within hotel such as swimming pool, tennis court, snorkeling, jet skiing, etc. We could enjoy 5 days within the hotel premises. 」
