Hotel with a Concierge in Faafu Atoll

"Not “All-Inclusive” – Very Misleading for the Price We booked an all-inclusive package only to discover at the resort that it was highly restricted. You only have access to selected restaurants, meals are limited to three courses, and the drinks menu is extremely basic. The wines included in the package were very low quality (roughly $5–$10 bottle range), and cocktails were noticeably watered down. If this were a few hundred per night, I would consider it acceptable. However, at over €1,000 per night, this is completely unreasonable. What’s more concerning is that once at the resort, we were told that a “full” all-inclusive package existed - but required paying a significant additional amount per person, per night. This was never clearly communicated at booking. Activities on the island were also priced excessively high, which made the overall experience feel transactional rather than premium. The food quality was average at best, and service was often slow. On the positive side: The villa and island are beautiful, spacious, and offer great privacy. The staff were friendly and welcoming. However, communication issues started from day one. Our seaplane transfer was booked incorrectly twice, despite providing exact flight details in advance. A friend had warned me about similar issues from their stay 1–2 years ago, and unfortunately the same problems persist. I will avoid Radisson properties in the future"

"This is a very efficiently run hotel with lovely staff. Everything from arranging our speedboats, transfers to and from the dock to housekeeping to checkout was perfectly organized. The bed was comfy and the room had everything we needed. "

"We stayed in an over the water sunset villa, which was very comfortable, clean and had great facilities with fridge, wifi, coffee machine and a large bathroom with both shower and bath. It was kept spotless by Suranga who could not have been more helpful and who kept us entertained when we returned to the villa with his brilliant chalk drawings of all the different types of sea life in the Maldives.."

"Great villa with the best snorkeling just outside the door. Very good food, friendly and helpful staff. We had a wonderful time here, Iru Veli is truly a small piece of paradise!"

"The room was spotless and cleaned. All the staff are great and helpful. They always say hi and ask if you need anything. The amenities is limited but there are plenty of activities to do. Highly recommended the spa. All the restaurants are great except for the restaurant Limo. We sat down for drinks and ordered our meals. We waited almost two hours for our food while we watch other guests comes after and got their food before us. By the time we got our food, the pasta wasn't cooked well and some of the food didn't taste that well. We've ordered dessert as well and it took well over 30 minutes to an hour and we didn't get our dessert because we got tired of waiting plus we're exhausted. We were there at 8 pm and stayed there until 11pm. Best place to eat is Yama, Taste, and at the pool bar. Overall, it's a great experience. "
