"For the most part staff was very nice with the exception of the restaurant staff. I misunderstood the hours for breakfast and when we got to the restaurant it was 9:05 . The woman in charge went out of her way to be rude. I asked if we could at least get some food for our baby ( there was lots of food that was probably going to the trash but she made sure she let us know we couldn't eat or drink because the restaurant just closed. The Reason for our stay was because we were displaced from our home due to fires in our town."

"My only complaint is the buffet. Charging a family of four $84 for such a small buffet was disappointing. There were very few food options, and the quality and selection did not justify the price. If you're going to charge what Golden Corral charges for a buffet, the variety and value should be comparable. Families already spend a lot of money to stay here, so the dining experience should feel like it's worth the extra cost. I hope you improve the buffet by offering more variety and better value for the price."

"We had a wonderful stay! The full breakfast was delicious, and the coffee was excellent. The staff was amazing—everyone was so kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay. However, we were told that we could be moved to a mountain view room the next day and that someone would contact us, but we never received any follow-up or room change notification. It was a little disappointing, although overall it was still okay. The elevator was also out of service during our stay, and at one point we had to use the service/freight elevator, which was inconvenient. One other thing I noticed was during housekeeping: the staff member wore gloves while cleaning the bathroom, but I did not see her change gloves or wash her hands before making the bed afterward. This made me a bit concerned about hygiene standards. Overall, the stay was acceptable, and the friendly staff were a positive part of the experience, but there are some areas where the hotel could improve."
