「Disappointing stay due to maintenance, cleanliness, and hygiene issues Unfortunately, our stay did not meet expectations. The shower was extremely loud and made banging noises and was unusable for the first couple of days, meaning we were unable to shower during that time. In addition, the bed was dirty and covered in sand when we arrived, which was unacceptable and showed a lack of hygienic standards. We were out during reception hours for the first couple of days; however, I repeatedly...

「It was an older cottage which means it has character (we live in a similar aged house so am aware of these and enjoy them)Generally we found the cottage in excellent condition and the facilities were good.WE enjoyed our stay in Wallaroo and the Copper Coast area not having been there for some yearsAmber's instructions for entry were concise and precise and her communication was more than adequate. 「The house is ok for an old beach side home, around the house and outdoor area could do with some maintenance. Unfortunately whilst its close to the beach its miles away from anywhere to dine, get a coffee or have a drink. I went to the Port Hughes Tavern one night and it was $15 each way for a cab. Look it wasn't for me but it could be for you. 」

「Everything we needed was there, instructions were easy to follow. The only down side was having to take our own linen. That was really tricky to know what we might need/use. 」

「The stay was no huddle-easy check in, loved the fact that there is linen. The house is very spacious and a lot of light, very well decorated. The only missing part was that the backyard is not complete yet with no fence. Otherwise, nice place to stay, not far away from the beach.」
