「The Hyatt Place Dhaka Uttara is a great hotel. This was my third stay and it was just at as enjoyable as the first two. Mr Rakibul at the front desk is a very professional and helpful man, as are all the staff I had interactions with. Their command of the English language is amazing and so I never had to repeat anything. Rooms and spotlessly clean, no bad smells, and well equipped. The location is perfect also. The beds are so comfortable I missed dinner on two nights, and slept right through.」

「Great service.great people,」

「Food at the resort was good unfortunately they continued to burn trash on the resort grounds which created a Sickening smell.」

「The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, arranging a rickshaw and recommending places to visit. The location was also very convenient, with a bank and bus ticket office nearby. Overall, a great stay, though the breakfast could be improved.」
