5/5 - Best "jail break" ever! Absolutely loved our stay at Bogentrakt Hostel. Sleeping in a former prison cell with original heavy doors was such a unique concept, but the hostel itself is modern, bright, incredibly clean, and cozy. Perfect location in Old Town Chur, super close to the station, and the staff were wonderful. Would definitely stay here again!

Spinas Gathaus is a real charmer. It's steps away from the train depot, and surrounded by majestic hills. The staff is excellent as are the meals at the hotel restaurant. Don't let the "hostel" label turn you off. It's more like a top flight bed and breakfast. Highly recommended.

la verdad todo muy bien, aunque al principio teníamos miedo por algunos comentarios leídos de la propiedad antes de esta nueva administración. eramos una familia de 4 personas y todo funcionó bien. a pasos del centro y cerca de todo. relación calidad precio excelente. quieres más cosas, ve a uno que cuesta el doble 😉

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The shuttle service made getting to and from town easy. And I probably had the best view I've ever had from my room. It was my first time staying in a hostel and it was a very good experience overall. Every meal I had at the restaurant was quite good.

The place was super clean and close to the train station, staff super friendly overall we love and enjoy the stayed, thanks a lot we recommend 100% to stay in this chalet

Very helpful staff and clean, quiet room. Appreciated the common area fridge and the staffed kitchen with optional dinner and phenomenal breakfast buffet included. Very close to the train station and a short walk to multiple nice hikes (Lej da Staz, Val Roseg).

I stayed in a two-bed twin private room. Pretty nice attached bathroom, comfortable beds. A little warm at night but it was ~22 degrees out during the day so understandable. Solid breakfast bar, nice common areas, and a good location. A bit pricey, but in line with costs in the rest of the Alps. Staff were very nice and accommodating, and helped me figure out bus routes for the two full days of my stay and set me up with the free tourist office bus pass.

Great place to visit the Swiss Alps in the Laax community. Location and view is spectacular!
