「Checked in to a fly/bug infested bathroom and a dirty tub. RV is older and shows some signs of wear/mildew but overall was adequate. Owner was quick to come out and fix the bug problem and was responsive to any needs that arose but let’s not over sell this place as it’s basically a run down RV on a back lot property next to a storage shed?」

「From the outside we were worried but the room was awesome. One thing i would change is lower the hot water temp way to high little children may get scolded and its costing you money. But great little place and it's apparent you are making improvements daily. 」

「Really appreciated the extra kayak and it was especially nice being so close to the river. It worked great with the kids. Having the propane grill was extra convenient.」

「We loved the ambience of the area! All the outdoor activities were great. The room was cozy and very clean. More amenities than I expected! The only little thing was the front door was very hard to open, it was sticking and you had to push really hard. Everything else was really great!」

「The room has been updated and the ac was good. Bed was comfortable even without a pillow top. A couple fluffy pillows would be nice. Also, an ice machine or a freezer in the fridge would have been nice. Overall, this motel is a good value and we will visit again.」
