「Immediately upon entering found a cockroach in the house. Reached out to host and she could careless. Told me i needed to sweep it up and dispose of it. Took a chance with a different vrbo because our normal spot was taken this trip to havelock and boy did everyone in my party regret it. This house is beyond gross. Every single person with me asked multiple times about the normal place we rent and how this one was much worse quality and the house being gross. Not to mention all the shotty work...

「The space was ideal for our family of four and my sister-in-law. I enjoyed a jog around the property, appreciating the marina and ponds. For 12, our family purchased a day pass at the clubhouse with access to the outdoor pool, indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and workout facilities. We love New Bern and this property's quick access to "town" was a perfect fit for our visit.」

「Excellent location. Walking distance to waterfront, all of historic New Bern and easy access to hwy to get out of New Bern to go to the beaches. It’s not a fancy spot but well appointed and very clean and wonderful. I loved the back and front entry option!」

「David was great! He was very responsive and went over and beyond to accommodate us. The 2 bedroom condo was spacious and very clean. The location was perfect right in downtown New Bern in a revitalized safe area. It was within walking distance to Morgan's Grill and Baker's Kitchen which are two excellent restaurants. The price was very reasonable for the accommodations and the area! I highly recommend it!」

「This place was perfect. We brought our daughter's dog and it was wonderful to be able to let her out and down the steps to the safe, fenced area. We walked to the grocery store which was really convenient. The location was close to restaurants and the beach. Check-in was easy and great communication with the host. Perfect space for 3 adults and our dog.」
