コトパクシ ホテル

「We love it, the movie was great and the staff very helpful」

「Amazing history, everywhere you walk. Smelt good despite everything being old so appreciated! Not really established as a hotel though more a monastery maybe. Place was cold. Had to ask for fireplace to be made up. No heating anywhere else in the hotel. No ambiance, dead quiet everywhere. One friendly receptionist / manager, everyone else seemed impossible to get hold of. Food arrived cold, which given the place was cold I guess it wad standard. Some of the food on the menu that they did have,...

「Muy bien todo. Muy limpio y buena atención」

「Mega liebevoll und leckeres Essen」

「Comido y buena ubicación」

「Très belle endroit. Personnel au petit soin. Repas copieux. Juste in problème d'eau chaude dans la douche.」

「I arrived at the hotel and the staff could not find my reservation. The staff also claimed hotel does not accept pre-paid reservations as a matter of policy and hence I would have to pay them in cash as they also did not have any way to receive payment by credit card. Since I had insufficient cash on me anyway, I refused to pay twice for what was already way overpriced accommodations in Latacunga, Ecuador. 」

「Kudos a Karen, David y la muchacha! Bien informativos y con mucha cortesía! Bravo! Me gusta mucho el ambiente y su desayuno.」

「Beautiful family run hotel with excellent attention to detail. Beautiful fresh roses everywhere. We stayed in a two bedroom suite which was excellent. Maria Angela could not have done more for us. Thank you so much for the beautiful stay. 」

「Very nice place, clean, with everything you need. The view is awesome, very clean outdoor bath. 10/10」

「Chambre propre, douche chaude. Emplacement idéal après la randonnée.」

「Una propiedad tradicional y bien ubicada」

「The manager did not honor my reservation , I showed my paid receipt ,but they didn't care . They said that they do not get paid for xpedia and were very rude . Do not book there . Terrible experience. I had to book in another hotel . I waste time and money .」

「They are not prepared to host a solo traveler. A locked gate that does not allow freedom of entry and exit to the premises Electricity and lighting were sporatic. Water had to be turned on exteriorally and did not work in the morning. No water, no shower, hard to even brush me teeth. Need to read a manual on simple hosting basics! The kid was nice enough, but this is not a place to stay under any circumstances」
