「Much to my surprise when I arrived I didn't have a microwave or fridge in my room. I have been coming here for 20 years. The front desk also would not allow housekeeping to bring supplies to my room so I had to change clothes and come to the front desk. The room shows it's age in many small ways. The price is very reasonable but it is an aging hotel so you are getting what you pay for.」

「Overall I enjoyed my stay. My main issues were with their parking garage. It closed at night and was chained off on both sides so my car was trapped. I had an event that night that I had to walk to due to this. Staff never gave me an explanation for this….. the room was great and the restaurant up top was fantastic. We had an amazing server and used the bar one night too. Bar tender was the nicest lady. Honestly it would have been 5 stars had they not nearly caused me to miss my event. But...

「Upon checking we were place on the 4th floor after being in the Quality suites we experienced elevator shut down only to be out of service for 3 days of our stay. We were not able to take proper showers due to hot water shortage, the front desk staff seemed to not care about our concerns and choose not to address our concerns. I ask to be moved to another floor. The front desk clerk indicated that he would inform me once the rooms became available he would let me know only to have disappeared...

「Staff was great. Breakfast was way better than the typical Fairfield breakfast…more options which was nice! My only complaint isn’t just for this Fairfield but all of them collectively…would it kill you to put a comfortable chair in each room? All they ever offer is a very uncomfortable waiting room style chair. How about a cheap recliner? I think Marriott has it in the budget…」
