「This place has it all what a great spot with its own surf break out front. The beach and the private pool were amazing. The house and grounds are immaculate. What an awesome place that was well worth the money. Lots of cool places to go to eat and friendly people. Our GPS worked with no problem so navigating through Nicaragua Street and seeing the sites was a breeze. Nicaragua is definitely a must see on your bucket list. 「We stayed on the property 5 days, there were 4 of us. The property is as described, several entrances but if you rent the entire thing, not a problem, I do see a problem with noise if you have to share the property with another party. Everything was well stocked, there is a multiple booklet explains how things work and just some good notes on the property. We were not able to cook or heat up any food so make note of that, perhaps a microwave would be a good addition. The AC units leaked but...
