「I threw an event here and the host was extremely communicative and made the entire check in process so easy. The house was clean and renovated, from the bathrooms, to the floors, to the beds, my stay was more than comfortable. Definitely will be booking again. 」

「Very spacious and clean home. It was perforcr for our family and m my 8month old was especially happy. The space was made for families with kids of all ages. They even had a crib so we didn’t have to worry about traveling with somewhere our son could sleep. He also had a blast playing with all the toys and walker. 」

「Folks, this was an incredible week for us at Joel’s wonderful VRBO home. Yes, the pool is private and enclosed with a screen lanai to keep the pests out. There is a really good space inside the lanai to sit in a covered patio with a grill and nice dining set. The river was a lot of fun and the water might be like glass one moment and have a sting current on another. There is a Jon boat and oars, but you might need a little bit of muscle to get it in and out of the river if you like. I bought a...

「We didn't even stay. This place was nothing like the description! It was some kind of strange boarding house thing with no A/C and a shared bathroom. No responsive host. Worst experience ever 」

「Absolutely PERFECT home where a group of adult siblings could act like kids again! The home is beautifully decorated and very welcoming! Probably the best stocked rental I have experienced! Including the outside with several sitting areas, gas grill for cooking, outdoor TV, beautiful pool, and great outdoor dining! Quiet and private location. 「We were so thankful to find this house. We needed the space for our whole family to gather for my a wedding nearby. The owners were very friendly and helpful. I appreciated the many extras provided like when my niece forgot to pack her toothpaste there was some travel at the house. We were really happy with the house snd the opportunity it gave foe my family to sit around the fire pit and enjoy each other. 」

「After driving 13 hours to get there. The host was not available for a refund after several attempts to talk about the booking which was not advertised by the pictures shown and there were two to three other people there when I got there not to mention the stench of the smell of urine when you entered did not even stay there and still demanding a refund . I would not recommend this place AT ALL!!!」
