「House was exactly as advertised, which was perfect for our family. This is an old but refurbished farmhouse so it had the creaky floors and the gophers in the yard next to the plowed fields down the dirt road. We loved it. Carrie was exceptional in responding to questions. We recommend texting rather than calling the contact number in the listing if there are any questions or issues.
