「Great stay at a beautiful gite. James was extremely informative and helpful but discreet also. We used the pool everyday and this was always clean and tidy. Fascinating being so close to the canal and the lock. Fab week at a fab location. Highly recommend 」

「A fantastic property for our family of 12 (ranging from kids, teenagers, couples and an OAP). Pool and outside eating /kitchen area was perfect and house had plenty of space for everyone. Village provided all the facilities needed- supermarket, a pizzeria opposite and a fantastic cafe in the main square. 」

「We stayed here for a week in September 2025 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The villa and pool were of the highest standard and the location set amongst vineyards and olive trees was very relaxing. It is close to both Carcassonne and Narbonne and there is a Carrefour in the near by town of Rieux Minervois.」

「Maison ancienne rénovée avec goût. Hôte aux petits soins, table mise avec 2 couverts, en cadeau une terrine . La salle de bain bien pensée. La chambre parentale est grande, sur le lit une guirlande de bien bien venu , une télé grand écran. Une chambre pour enfants avec 2 lits des jouets . Le plus linge de lits et de toilettes fournis ce qui allège les bagages. La maison est située dans le vieux Capendu dans une petite ruelle calme」
