"Telephone in the room not working, Wifi could not be enabled in the habitation, interior roof in the bathroom damaged. All these things were communicated upon arrival, only the last one was fixed. Other rooms were available but was not allowed to change to another one with services working properly. The family pool and the gym shows lack of adequate maintenance."

When we arrived at San Jose Airport, we were picked up by the owners and driven to the property. The property is safe and secure and the suite was large and new! The staff went above and beyond in making our stay comfortable and attended to our every need. All of the amenities were provided as promised. The food was fantastic and the pool area...

"This hotel has an excellent location. Loma Tranquila has the best view of the city from this beautiful mountain just minutes from Alajuela. Loma tranquila has absolutely amazing rooms very clean, quite and moder decoration. EXCELLENT customer service the owner is very friendly and helpful.
