「良かった点: 施設がきれい・室内の設備が説明の通り良い・静か・周辺の道路が広く車で出入りしやすい・併設のACホテルの前にいる人(たぶん案内とかしてる係りの人)がとにかく親切・小さいスーパーやスタバ、パン屋さん、美容院などちょっとしたお店が敷地内にあって便利・外だが敷地内に喫煙所あり 残念だった点: 説明欄に空港送迎ありと記載あり選んだが、今はやっていないと言われた。併設ACホテルにシャトルバスがあったので、もしかしたら利用できるかもしれないが確認していない。チェックインが遅い時間になったので、受付に人がおらず苦労した。」

「I stayed at this property with my children. We chose this place due to the proximity to the airport. We had a wonderful restful stay. The property is in a gated community. The neighborhood is very clean, quiet, safe and family friendly. There was private parking and street parking. Owners gave us a warm welcome and made sure we had everything we needed. 「This has become our go-to place in San Jose. It's near the airport and transportation is available. The people are great hosts, and the rooms are cozy and comfortable.」

「Wow this place was HUGE!!! This is a mansion near downtown. There ere like 8 beds at least, a giant courtyard inside, everything was clean and the host got the property ready in one day after our previous reservation did not give us check in information in time and I had to book somewhere else. They had it ready so quickly and Ms Cruz was so nice when we arrived. Don’t miss on this place. The only downside is there is no AC, but we didn’t get too hot at night. Maybe adding screens for the doors...
