「Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The floors were visibly dirty and disgusting, the bed sheets had noticeable stains, and there was no hot water during our stay. The staff were also difficult to find at check-in, as they were by the pool rather than at the entrance. We understand that Costa Rica is a Spanish-speaking country and have no issue with that, but for a hotel located near the airport, we expected at least some basic English communication to assist with check-in and hotel...

「We drove up to iron gates, got buzzed in and the place was beautiful. Our check in was quick and fast. Our room was amazing. The staff was top notch. Anything you needed the helped. The front desk staff helped with directions and directing us where the best food was. He was very patient. I will go back again. Highly recommend!!」

「良かった点: 施設がきれい・室内の設備が説明の通り良い・静か・周辺の道路が広く車で出入りしやすい・併設のACホテルの前にいる人(たぶん案内とかしてる係りの人)がとにかく親切・小さいスーパーやスタバ、パン屋さん、美容院などちょっとしたお店が敷地内にあって便利・外だが敷地内に喫煙所あり 残念だった点: 説明欄に空港送迎ありと記載あり選んだが、今はやっていないと言われた。併設ACホテルにシャトルバスがあったので、もしかしたら利用できるかもしれないが確認していない。チェックインが遅い時間になったので、受付に人がおらず苦労した。」

「It was very simple but very clean. Complimentary coffee and water. It was in a kinda weird area, not a bad area just at the end of a dead end street. Never met the host, but everything was perfect anyways. There's a few restaurants within walking distance. Not a touristy vibe. Great for a few nights stay or a box to sleep in.」

「The staff was very friendly and helpful. The area felt safe and we never felt otherwise during our stay. The building itself is a bit worn and has more of a hostel-style feel. While that may work well for some travelers, we were personally hoping for more of a bed-and-breakfast atmosphere」

「Kellyana and Rebecca were so helpful throughout our stay. Rebecca found us things to do and Kellyana helped us when i accidentally locked the safe. Everything was done in such a timely manner. The apartment was beautiful and comfortable. I would love to stay here again.」
