「Beautiful surprise!!!! The food was fantastic!! The area was lovely!! A hidden gem!!!」

「Room, breakfast, spa area, staff...can't complain on anything :-)」

「We really enjoyed our stay. I'm a very frequent traveler and something just stood out here. Staff was very welcoming, room very nice. Breakfast venue really nice. Curtains fully covered from light. Room warm, big and nice. Very good beds. Just easy and nice! We didn't use the small spa, but we should have! Note the hotels' breakfast restaurant next door has some really nice food! Consider having dinner there! ;)」

「Helt greit i forhold til prisen」

「Check-in was quick and efficient. Elevator was having problems, so that was a little concerning. Hotel decor was lovely: old timey photos of Miskolc around the hallways. And the room was nice, with a short view of the surrounding rooftops. Good location from main street and train station.」

A reggelivel is elégedett voltam. Éttermek 10 perc sétányira voltak. 」

「Great location but sub standard service and the rooms are small and loud. Stayed here for one night and got billed twice (not sure if Hotels issue or with them). As I was checking out early they’d offered a breakfast bag which I said yes to, but when I showed up the next morning the person in reception had no idea and couldn’t find any. Stayed in a Standard room which was small and every sound from the room next door could be heard through the walls. Not planning to stay here again」

「The hotel is located near the thermal cave in a central position just outside the city, yet it is accessible via public transport (bus line 20). The room we stayed in was small and cramped; one would expect a 4-star hotel to maintain its rooms better. The hotel is not accessible, as reaching the rooms and pools requires navigating stairs, which is something to consider.」

「Air conditioning & family friendly.」
