Views and Location

Front desk at check-in started our stay with a wonderful start - welcoming and charming! Our room had an incredible view! It was quiet, great air conditioning, and a comfortable room. The location is great to access the center for endless dining, snd wonderful exploring. Gym was decent too. Breakfast was simple but has all the hot/cold options you’d want/need. We also had free parking. Highly recommended!

The front desk lady was very nice. The bed was very comfortable and I had a good night sleep, which is very important. The room was quiet. It had a beautiful view from the huge window. The breakfast in the morning had a small but good selection. The staff was very helpful. Their cappuccino machine made the best cappuccinos. The only negative thing that I found was that the carpet looked old and had stains, the room was too dark for my taste.

1 night in junior suite #901 - clean, spacious, with a separate living room and open desk and kitchen area. By kitchen, I mean a mini-fridge, coffee and tea facilities (powdered milk), including a kettle, and the usual bar amenities. The decor, furnishings and dark ambiance had a corporate feel and lacked warmth and charm. Our suite had bathrobes & slippers, a safe, 2 TVs, a separate toilet room and a variety of toiletries. More importantly, it had comfortable pillows and an excellent shower. But no face cloths – regrettably, the standard in Europe, and no bidet. The bed was also quite hard – of course, a matter of personal preference. Effective blackout drapes. The hotel’s breakfast room was bright, attractive, and contemporary, and the spread was excellent (eg, 3 types of sausage!) Breakfast ends at 10am – same time as checkout – this is non-standard. Both should be at the earliest 10:30am. Our biggest disappointment – and the reason for 4 stars, not 5 – was that we requested gluten-free breakfast options 11 days before arrival (celiac disease), and were assured this would be provided. It was not; apparently every other day they had it, but not the day we were there. There’s convenient free parking in front and on the street. It is also close to the main square – about 10 mins walk - which is beautiful and worth a visit even if you are only in transit as we were. On balance, we would recommend Hotel Yasmin if the shortcomings I mentioned aren’t an issue for you.

Our room was on 10th floor and was absolutely amazing, stylish wooden Japanese style walls with loads of mirrors, a comfortable bed, super modern bathroom with bath and shower. The room was really well equipped including a minibar, safe, hairdryer and a kettle. The breakfast was also great, I loved the locally grown cucumber and tomatoes, Slovakian traditional foods and gluten free bakery available upon request. The staff were friendly and helpful. The best of all the hotel has a gym! The only thing for possible improvement would be the slow lift and the view around the hotel from our room. But I’d definitely recommend Yasmin to anyone who wants to stay in Košice and will stay there again! For me 10/10

Nice hotel but you have to be an early riser

Nice hotel, big room but very hard bed. Left early so I can't say anything about the breakfast. The only real drawback is check out time. 10 am! That's not acceptable!

Prvy dojem bol fajn,recepčny velmi prijemny ,izba na pohlad pekna ako bolo prezentovane na fotografiach ,kupelna a wc ok až na chumač vlasov v uteraku a pavučina ,dobre ale čerešnička na torte bola postel, čista katastrofa čo sa pohodlia tyka dve totalne prebdene noci a po 3 dnoch našej kratkej dovolenky ktora mala byt naša relaxačna a s welnesom ktory mimochodom nefungoval sme odchadzali doslova ako zbity, priznam sa nikdy viac a nasledne 5 hodinova cesta domov bolo to najhoršie čo som kedy zažila museli sme si po ceste v aute pospat ,bohužial musim skonštatovat že volba tohto hotela nebola spravna volba.A v praci uboleny chrbat a nikdy predtym.
