「The room was not as described and not as confirmed in my receipt. Staff only communicated with WhatsApp. It was expensive for the quality. No one is there to help you in a timely manner. There were cigarette ashes on the windowsill, fingerprints on the tv set. There was no minibar as described. A pool was in the listing and confirmed in a text but there is no access to a pool. AC turns off when you leave the room. After 4 nights it starts to smell. Location is OK. Unique park, airport, some cozy streets with cafes and restraints are in walking distance. 「The hotel was very conveniently located in district 1 with lots of nice restaurants nearby and walking distance to many attractions. It was in a very quiet location and clean and comfortable.The staff were super friendly helpful! Emily, Brenda and Hob went out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant and comfortable stay. The buffet breakfast was very nice with lots of fresh food and options to choose from. I highly recommend this hotel to anybody staying in Ho Chi Minh City.」

「Hotel locates on a very busy street so it was inconvenient for transportation. It was advertised as new hotel but there are some parts in the bathroom wasn’t completed or needed to be fixed. Staffs were very helpful, great customer service.」
