ブータン王国 ホテル

「Staff incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel was noisy at the time of my stay due to other guests speaking loudly and opening and closing doors late at night and early morning. Before me needing to ask, the staff moved me to a quiet room. The breakfast was good. A decent coffee machine would have made the experience nicer. The hotel represents excellent value for money. It is around 10 minutes or so from Paro and 20 mins to airport.」

「Un accueil personnalisé et d’exception au cœur de la forêt de Paro . Le personnel ultra serviable et disponible à chaque instant . De quoi se sentir dans un cocon de douceur pour notre séjour」

「Charming hotel outside of Paro with a view of Tiger Nest. More of a traditional style hotel but has everything you need. Great staff. 」

「Beautiful new hotel with balconies and great views over the valley. Staff were very friendly and helpful, going the extra mile to resolve the issue of double booking. Bhutanese food was superb and breakfast great. Would definitely recommend. 」

「Totally overpriced we paid $1500/night, should have been max $300/night. They claim they are a 5-star hotel but this is a 3 star place at best. I can’t comprehend that this place is a Taj collection hotel. We have stayed at many and there is NO comparison with Taj Gangtey and other 5 stars Taj hotels we have stay at. Don’t book.」

「Great location overlooking the valley. Huts are clean and modern with good heating. Staff are very friendly. Evening meal was good」

「Arun was the star. His politenss and personal attention to the guests is examplary.」

「Loved the peaceful atmosphere and the little bar.」

「Services are not at par with the price. WiFi connection was always unstable and particularly the food was not to the standard of a 5 star hotel. 」

「Large comfortable rooms with great valley view. Good location close to restaurants and shopping. Only drawback is that F&B is just average and needs improvement.」

「Nice view from hotel, nice staff ,」

「Very good staff cleanest hotel .I advise all」

「We had a spectacular time. In addition to a beautiful property the entire staff were exceptionally good and caring. The hotel has excellent food, great outdoor activities. Two areas to improve, the access road and the gym where the machines did not work well. Overall a wonderful stay.」

「Will definitely come back again. Beyond my imagination and one of the best hotels I have stayed」
