The hotel is situated in a very central place in Paro, only a few minutes walk to a lot of restaurants and less than 10min taxi drive to the airport. 「We spent two sleepless nights because of the terrible noise. First night they had a big group of guests that arrived at 10.00 pm and they were screaming around until midnight. The next night the same big group left at 4.00 am and they were running and screaming around the camp for more than one hour. We asked for silence but nobody cared about! When finally the rude guests left the staff started to clean the tends close to ours so we were woken up again! It was a real nightmare! 」

「Most staff are teenager and young adult sillyhearts. They have no initiative. This property does not provide tour guides nor get you connected with one. Constant bathroom leaks and backfiring showerhead during my stay. Water flying all over the bathroom at any time! The take hours to reply by Whatsapp or room phone. You will not get your food for at least an hour. Literally caught staff hanging up the staff phone and dancing for social media. There's nothing around this property. Would be better...

「In one word: amazing!. We booked two nights at Ozen Resort in October. I was a bit anxious when driving there because the accommodation is fairly new and there were limited info online and was not really sure what to expect. I could not have been more positively surprised. The resort is in an incredible location 20 mins from Paro (great paved road to get there), with sweeping views of the mountains and super quiet. 「This hotel is located in a very peaceful location, away from the downtown shops and market. The taktsang monastery is visible from the hotel, the hotel is surrounded by hills and beautiful scenery. I really enjoyed my stay here.」

Every need was taken care of and flexibility in timings for meals was greatly appreciated. No shortcomings in services at all. Never felt we were staying in a commercial hotel, felt as if we were staying at our own home. Will definitely stay here whenever we visit again and strongly recommend to all friends.」

「Spotless quiet rooms nearby to Tigers Nest. Kind friendly staff and great food served in the restaurant. A short taxi/car ride to the centre of Paro. Had a massage here after Tiger’s Nest hike, which was also excellent. 」
