"Check in was not good. We arrived early, could not occupy our room..totally understandable, however, the hostess said she would call us when it was ready, she never did. We sat in the lobby from 1pm-3pm in full view of the front desk, no call. I went to the desk at 3pm and the room was ready and our bags were already in the room, which meant that our room was ready sometime before 3pm. Expedia's site and the hotels site both indicated the hotel had air conditioning...it does not...it was very warm. It was100 degrees outside. The TV channel selection was terrible. Both websites showed a sofa in the room, but our room did not have a sofa. Had to change rooms to one that had a sofa. The hotel is beautiful and the room itself was awesome. Great location."
