「Water was salty. Sometimes there's no hot water. But it's ok. The most irritating thing was the reception. They wouldn't try to solve your problems or apologize.」

「Quaint little boutique resort nestled right off West Bay beach. Loved how quiet the resort was. Staff was very responsive to any of our needs. The food in the restaurant was tasty. We also really enjoyed the pool. It is maybe a 5-6 minute walk to the beach. 」

Both the manager and the general manager also worked as front-desk receptionists, ensuring that management keeps a close eye on everything happening at the hotel. 「The property location is excellent. What I found challenging was the room. The internet was not working sometimes and the water went down and so we did not have water a few times and there was no hot water in the shower sometimes and the room had no refrigerator or microwave and there was no phone to call the front desk in the room. 」
