「Our stay at Sugar Bay Barbados was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. 「Lovely location right on the beach」

「Staff was super friendly. I mentioned it was my birthday and they had a cake waiting for me in the room when I got back. They always gave us new towels when requested. The hotel itself is beautiful! The beach is amazing!! I love how close it is to pebbles beach that I could walk over in the morning to see the horses. I would def recommend!」

「I want to start by saying the staff was amazing and very accommodating at waves resort. Our issue was the tiny beach, tiny pool and limited food options. It wasn’t clear that the water taxi that could take you to sister resorts to eat didn’t run at night. This is the most important meal, in my opinion. But they were very gracious about moving us to a resort that fit our needs better.」

「Poor television channel, poor selections on the menu no snack bar , no entertainment, pool closes early, beach area rocky with dirty ocean side . No beach service of drinks or snacks on beach , no free transportation to and from airport. Especially, considering this was supposed to be an all inclusive resort . This is not a resort, it’s a hotel basically.」

「The room was exactly what we hoped for. Clean with lots of space for our family of 4. Beds were comfortable and the kitchenette was a nice amenity since we were able to get a few groceries from the nearby convenience stores. The property is well maintained and the 3 pools were nice. Only downside is that the pool bar/restaurant is not open so the only place to eat on the property is Pure Ocean which is on the beach. 「スタンダードルーム1名利用。ホテルメインビル向かいの別館1番奥の1階の部屋でした。テラスは向いも隣も建設工事。工事現場ビュー、なんと隣の部屋まで改装中で驚きました。早朝から騒音です。シャワーの水圧は非常に悪く、またお湯がでるまでかなりの時間がかかります。ボディーソープははじめから空っぽ。空港送迎リクエスト変更についてメールを送っていましたがホテル到着後に今メールをみましたと言われました。またチェックアウト時は明細の確認を忘れないで下さい。私の場合は他のルームの朝食がチャージされていました。」

「Everything was excellent. Friendly staff and very relaxing vibe and entertainment. Beach front nice but not ideal for swimming. Pools were great and bar service was amazing. All restaurants were unique especially Oro which was tantalizing. Will be back again. Love Barbados 🇧🇧」

「One of the few 'beach hotels' on the island -- many say they are, but you usually have to cross a road, or the beach is 'next' to the property. This is essentially a beach compound and private! The pool is big, clean, lots of seating. Lay around and watch / listen to the ocean, or use a beach lounger with free towels and lay at the ocean. The beach must be 100 feet deep and hundreds of feet wide, LOTS of beach to use to be alone, or gather, play games, etc. Grab drinks from the beach bar,...

「Everything about Accra was excellent...staff, food, accommodations, spa!!! Will definitely do this again」

「The hotel is well-maintained but terribly boring. At 10 p.m., everything shuts down and everyone goes to bed. The beach is also very small and there's algae on the beach. It certainly depends on the season you visit, but May was bad. The food is okay, but the service is a bit lazy. I definitely won't be back.」
