「good all around 」

「The property is lovely and directly on a stunning beach. The room was very clean, with direct access to the beach and pool. The food was delicious, fresh with a lot of variety and choices. Everything you could want and more!! 」

「空港からタクシーで20分程。到着エリアでdispatcherにホテル名を伝え他の乗客と混載。 客室はレセプションのある海に面した建物とは別棟。内陸側だったが2階だったためバルコニーから若干海が見えた。 客室はリビング兼ダイニング（ここにもシングルベッド1台）とベッドルーム（キングサイズベッド1台）。シャワーのみだが水圧と湯量はOK。設備は電子レンジ、ガスコンロ、冷蔵庫、電気ケトル。金庫はなかった。WiFiは速くはないしたまに切断するがそこまで問題なし。3泊したが清掃は綺麗だった。夜は周辺のナイトクラブから音楽が聞こえやや騒がしい。 最終日はチェックアウト時刻を2時間程延長してもらえたのは感謝したい。ツアーデスクのスタッフもフレンドリーで親切に各種ツアーの相談・申し込みをしてもらえた。 プールサイドのテラスから望む海と夕暮れは最高。」

「Friendly and efficient staff. Excellent location. My only wish is for on-site laundry, but that’s a minor inconvenience (I just don’t like going back “home” with dirty laundry). Some folks complain about the lack of an elevator, if I’m honest most of us could do with the extra steps given the amount of food and drink that one can consume on the island. I appreciate the workout! 😊」

「The Crane Resort is excellent looking ,Rooms are wonderful and huge. The Lobby furniture is sooo outdated though it got us scared as that was our 1st impression of the resort. It's very old sinking couches. Water in the shower was not hot. The elevator stopped working and we were on the 5th floor. Check out day or even the day prior we didn't even get a phone call to get offered help with our luggage or anything. No one even said a word about the non working elevator for days until we left. Also...
