「ハルガダに行く東洋系の人は少なく、ヨーロピアンのリゾート地です。海はとても綺麗で、窓から見える景色も心を和ませる、美しいリゾートホテルです。 価格以上のレベルにあるホテルではないでしょうか。施設も整っています。 エジプトの方々に日本人的な「サービス」を求めるのは、難しいと感じていたのですが、このホテルの方はそれなりに対応が良かったです。 唯一の欠点は、近くにショッピングセンターなど買い物をする場所のないこと。近くのモールまではタクシーで10～20エジプトポンド（交渉）です。ダウンタウンまでは、ものすごく遠く、大げさに言うと「隔絶されたリゾート」っぽい感じです。 でも、のんびり過ごすにはお勧めのホテルです。」

「One of the most amazing properties we have ever stayed at. The staff are amazing- very friendly and overly accommodating. We are not typically fans of the food at all inclusive resorts, but the food was incredible. We will absolutely return. Special shout out to Turquoise manager Hady and his amazing staff. 「リゾート感がありゆっくりリラックスできました。 12月下旬ですが、昼間は何とかプールて泳げる気候。朝晩は砂漠気候なので冷えます。 3食同じレストランでとりますので、飽きました。 また食事のレベルがいまひとつ。金額も手頃なので仕方ないですかね。 立地はオンザビーチでリゾート感たっぷりですが、出掛けるにはタクシーUberが必要です。」

「まず、このホテルは5星というのは誤り。招待した欧州の客人は、欧州では3・5星だと言われた。 看板に偽りあり。実際のところ3・5という評価は正しい。 バスタブはなく、アミュニテイーもかけており、エアコンはうるさい。電気ソケットも少なく苦労する。 家族連れの3・5星とすれば、食事もよく満足度も高くなるはずである。」

「隣のホテルのプールやレストランを使用することもできるので、選択肢が豊富で楽しかったです。桟橋のおかげでシュノーケルポイントまで歩いていけるのもGood。」
