Access to the resort gym adds an extra layer of vacation value during your stay Off-site attractions include The Track - Destin (2.7 mi.) and the Destin Harbor Boardwalk (3.5 mi.).

This Gulf-view getaway features a well-equipped full kitchen and a cozy living area with cable TV and WiFi for complete home convenience. Central air-conditioning and a private washer/dryer round out the home essentials.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Disappointed

Beach access good, condo smaller than anticipated, very outdated, ice maker barely worked had to purchase own ice, disappointing view of gulf not what was advertised, no balcony, shower head had little water pressure, no condiments available such as salt and pepper, pull out couch mattress was worn out we had to purchase a air mattress. The pool and beach access were the best part of the property.
