"The hotel was awesome ! Made us feel like we were in a whole other world with the scenery and views and vibes . The staff was great and when we needed something there were there ! The only downside I would say with this property is the parking situation there. It was Memorial Day weekend so we expected it to be busy but not to the point of having to walk so far for parking or it being limited"

"The room was great. It did lack in having a microwave but we made do. Room was super clean & from our patio we could walk directly to the pool, restaurant & lake. My wife & I wanted a quiet weekend getaway, this was a perfect spot. The pool area was really good. The pool area needed more umbrellas though. The staff were all great. Super friendly & polite. Julie M. was working the front desk in the afternoons & she was so welcoming, professional and friendly. The young lady working the morning at the front desk was so nice. The lake was great to go sit & relax at. There were folks riding kayaks & paddle boats laughing & enjoying themselves. We would stay there again for another getaway for sure."

"I’m very torn on this review. I found the staff to be incredibly helpful and professional. The room itself was very barebones, older furniture (we were on 5th floor in a family cabin), and looking quite worn. Maybe the idea was to not be in the room much. We were a little bummed that the main attraction didn’t open til 10 and closed at 8 when we were there. It was a smaller water park but our 9 year old had a ball and didn’t care. It was tough to find a place to sit but eventually we found spots. It was a constant upsell. The room we got was over $500. Then parking was $20, extra people were $20 each, mini golf high ropes etc was extra, and of course arcade and build a bear. It was just very crowded, chaotic, and expensive. I guess in fairness it was over 100 in Phoenix, so what else is there to do with kids. But it was just underwhelming and expensive. I am glad we did it but we don’t need to go back."
