Lovely apartment with pool

The apartment with swimming pool is near the lake in a quiet residential area between Desenzano and Sirmione.
Our apartment is located on the first floor of a building with a lift and consists of: a living room with a very comfortable pull-out sofa bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
The kitchen, overlooking the living room, is equipped with everything you need and the large terrace is equipped with table and chairs, to relax in total tranquility ...

Guests can enjoy the condominium SWIMMING POOL, the common green areas, a compartment for storing bicycles or strollers and a parking space in the public car park.

We will welcome you on arrival and we will always be available for any need during your stay.

In the apartment you will find clean sheets and towels for all guests, free WI-FI, flat-screen TV and washing machine.

The neighborhood is residential and recently built, very quiet but close to places of tourist interest.

From our apartment you can easily reach Sirmione and Desenzano on foot. The lake is nearby and you can reach the beach in 3 minutes by car.
